Post Clean Inspection Report

We train our team to inspect your Airbnb/VRBO unit before, during and after the cleans.

Once the clean is completed, our cleaning technicians submit a post-clean inspection report to you real-time through our communications app via a bot that we have created. You will be able to view a simplified report of damages, anything that needs to be refilled or restocked, and more. We do our best to make your job as easy as possible so that you can go out there to get more clients and keep your guests satisfied.

Restocking Inventory

At no additional cost, we will keep an eye on your inventory and let you know what needs to be resupplied or refilled.

Standard turnover clean

  • Wash sheets, make bed(s)

  • Place dishes in dishwasher (handwash additional cost)

  • Dust from high to low

  • Clean whatever is dirty

  • Sanitize high touch areas (doorknobs, etc.)

  • Clean & sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs

  • Clean inside of drawers/under beds

  • Make sure staging is just right

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum our way out
